stereo jack/headphone converter

Post by Bulghod » Wed Sep 29, 2004 9:36 am

I found this thing at Best Buy. It's used to take your Ipod and plug it into a stereo via a wire that starts off as a headphone plug, then switches into a Stereo Left/Right cord, like with the 3 plug thingy on DVD players and vid. game systems. think a lot of y'all may be interested in this, since you could possibly hook up a system to record sounds from a video game/anime/anything to your computer or record computer sounds on a tape/cd/ thing.

This would help my DDR soundtrack problem tremendously...now if only I could afford an iPOD...

I'm going to assume that by "headphone plug" you meant "generic 1/8" audio plug", in which case it would probably make more sense to plug the thing right into your computer's sound card's Line In jack, and screw the iPod.

you don't need the iPod. it's just an accessory that they sell. it's white and they talk about using it for iPod on the package. but no iPod needed

*Looks around the house* Let's see, I count about seven I'm not using (probably can't find more, I'm sure I have them) and six I am.

8 Channel Surround Sound from a computer>>>>>>>>>j00.

I don't get the iPod obsession. I just carry around my laptop since it has more functions.

Uh, Necropost?

Dude, you'd be quite suprised how useful one is for more than just music.
