Rolling text effect

Post by ZeWrestler » Tue Jul 20, 2004 10:56 pm

hey,

i scanned through the guides and i didn't see this, so i thought i would ask. may someone tell me how to create a rolling text effect where the text moves across the screen from right to left, starting completly off screen and finishing off screen?

In Premiere you can create a title and then use motion settings to move it accross the screen.

In Ulead Video Studio 8 just input the text into a title and choose the effect.

if the Text isn't Animated you can always create the text image in photoshop and alpha key it out.

but Preimiere (6.0) has a way to make a rolling title in the title creator thing itself. Im not at home right now so I don't know which one in specific it would be. but its there
