If you're trying to edit audio, Premiere is not the best program to use. I would suggest something like Sound Forge.
But either way the techniques will probably be the same. Listen to the song and find a place where it repeats, preferably, then cut the portions in between, trying to line up the wave. If you're just trying to shorten it, and you don't care how. If you're trying to do more advanced stuff... Well, some of the same as above. Decreasing the end of the first part (to silence) is a decent way, also increasing the beginning of the second part (from silence). I'm not an audio editor, though, so I can't give you much more help than that.
Just keep listening to it and I'm sure you'll get it.
