hmmmm well look in the guides and you will find a list of all kinds of great programs....

but BeSweet it definently a good one.

For the simple ripping of cds or encoding from wav to mp3 or vise versa I prefer a tool called CDex which you can get for free here:

For more technical things I prefer BeSweet however it is more complicated for some people.
