motion sickness

errr, after a year without it im starting tog et motion sickness again. ah it happens randomly. sometimes it creeps up slow and i can handle it for a few minutes before having to turn the game of (note that it rarely happens outside of 3d games). other times it just hits me and i can last about 10 seconds before i have to turn the screen of, or exit the game. i tought it might have something to do with colour combination or motion or some of that stuff. but a long time ago i used to get motion sickness realy fast when i started playing half life (never had a problem with cs though, unless the server was an idiot and fucked with low gravity), then about a year later i picked it up again and managed long sesions with it with no problems at all. so, anyone els have motion sickness problems ? is thier any cure, natural or medical ?

When I was a kid, I would get motion sickness when I played the gameboy on long car trips. My solution was to stop playing, or take some tums or somthing.
