those damn lines

im making a video using premiere and photoshop. on video 1A i have the my first image. on video 2 i place the cutout so it shows up on video 1A. i select the chroma transperancy and every thing turns out fine but it shows the lines where i did the cuts. is there a way i can get rid of those lines around the cuts??

Screenshots are helpful in this instance. Also describing exactly what you want to do clearly is helpful.

I am guessing you're trying to overlay one character into another character. In essence compositing. In which case huck Chroma Key out the window because it is no good. Use Photoshop to erase the background and import the PSD file into Premiere. Then use Alpha Channel instead of Chroma Key. It should give you better results.

Could these lines be the overscan Lines (on the left and right sides of the clip)? If so you may need to crop them out...

no i think klinky's idea is right though. the lines appeared around my cut out every time i tried chroma key. but ill have to try his suggestion. i was doing character composting. thanks for the help even though ill have to restart my project again. viruses piss me off.
