Error when muxing audio

I'm encoding in Xvid and have got the video file without the audio...

I tried to add the audio in with VirtualDub (following the guide in AMV)

but I get an error saying "AVIOutput: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

but I'm obviously not...I even checked "Ctrl-Alt-Del" to see if I have any background progs that might be using it...but...found none

HELP!

Sorry...my bad...I was "overwriting" the original file which apparrently I can't do...
