Noob question

Hey I'm new here and at making AMVs

I have a question though. I downloaded DBZ episodes from torrent and the audio is in Japanese. How do I get it to go to English when I put it into Sony Vegas?

I don't have Vegas, but in the past when I've opened certain container file formats (such as .mp4) with multiple audio tracks in Premiere and dropped them on the timeline, it'll separate out the various audio tracks on layers. However, if the files you downloaded do not already have an English VO track, you're SOL. One way to check is to open the file in a program called VLC, go to Audio > Audio Track in the menu, and look and see if there's more than one track. If there's not, you probably only have Japanese audio to work with.
