Very new still airing shows which obviously aren't out in home video yet also don't have them available. As long as you can grab the home video release you're good to go most of the time, for the other cases, photoshop it is. L33t's content aware filling suggestion isn't a bad one, and it truth, even if it messes up, it might still get a decent amount of it right, so you could just fix up that image in photoshop and save some time compared to photoshopping the whole thing (by the way, opening photoshop to fix stuff frame by frame is very normal, don't feel discouraged).

I'll just go ahead and say this...if you are downloading things illegally and you can't find the clean OP/ED of a show you need to improve on your piracy skills (or you are just being lazy)...just sayin'...and if the show is still airing you will just have to manually remove it frame by frame as there is no easy way around it unless you want to break into the studio and steal the textless video footage, which I really don't recommend...
