SV: Audio randomly skips/goes out of sync?!

So pretty basic its the seconds time this has happened, I'll explain what I did this time, its working for now, but I wanna know what is wrong! its annoying and time consuming! So, audio for a new amv, etc, 6 minutes long so I shortened it to 1, and I rendered to new track, and what it did after like 20 minutes is it was playing normally and it'd skip and replay a part of the song it had already, then it'd carry on and at the end it would continue to play 5 seconds after the track ended.... But, if I render the part that skipped; nothing wrong.. I am soooooo not up to uninstalling SV at the moment.. so for now I'm good with rendering the audio and importing it back in there But Id love to know if theres a reason it does this XD
