I decided to run another .avi file through AVi Synth...

A video clip that I captured, about 15 seconds long.
It worked, audio and video.

But it seems that when I run my .avi music video through it, I get a script error.

Well its something regarding the DV codec used. Directshowsource should work, but I never use DV so I wouldn't know. I would recommend getting your source in some different format if you cant get Directshowsource to work.

Hmm, you think that the fact that I export my video as File Type,
Microsoft DV AVI could have anything to do with the problem?

Because all my .avi clips run through avi synth just fine, but it's the music video itself that I made in Premiere that won't work. =/

Yes, thats what I just said.

Export it as a video for windows AVI instead of a DV avi.

And when you do, select HuffYUV as your compressor.

Alright I exported it as Microsoft AVI I can run it through AVi Synth fine now.

But now i'm having trouble encoding it with TMPGEnc, evertime I drag the .avs file into it freezes up.

I believe that TMPGEnc requires RGB24 input from AVISynth 2.5.x.

Put <b>ConvertToRGB24()</b> on the end of your TMPGEnc-bound script.

TMPGEnc-bound script? Did that come with the TMPGEnc zip download?
