Aight I decided to start taking the advice and I downloaded the Huffy codec and encoder and tried to do the movies like i was advised to.. Well it's still choppy and my HD isn't Fragmented  I defragmented my computer with Norton and with XP it self and my video is still choppy when working with premiere. hmmm...

so you've converted your .mpeg and .divx files to HuffyUV before importing them into premiere right? And your exporting your finished file as a HuffyUV and then compressing it in something like virtualdub to divx/mpeg/xvid? And you play it and it's still chopped to hell and back?
Is it choppy in preview in premiere as well?

Do people read?

It's supposed to be choppy. HuffYUV is supposed to be choppy. It's a compression codec that doesn't compress much.

Do you?

I was asking whether it was still jumpy after he had converted the HuffyUV export into a compressed format.
Sorry if that wasn't clear.
