DVD question

well I still wanted a more global answer to my question. another one would be. what resolution and audio bitrate they would encode at.

And another would be, what is the typcal bitrate you seen in a domestic DVD for anime? do they keep it at 2k or do they decide to up it since there are only three eps a disk so they might as well?

nobody uses a bitrate of 2k!!!

give me a break I'm still to used to working with TMPGENC, and all that other stuff, I still see alot of stuff as bitrates.
