I was wondering what is the difference between the video quality in this video video 1 and this video: video 2
I use window's movie maker and magic dvd ripper to make my amv's, Incase one of those is the factor.

with such an increase, you can expect a drastic quality difference
in addition, one was encoded with WMM (the .wmv file) which can produce high quality files, but they are not as common as high quality files encoded with xvid in an avi container
the first one was also probably cleaned up with AviSynth and VirtualDub(/Mod)
