Shakey look?

How do i do the "shakey look" on the video when for example the music gets louder??

hmm...I think what you want is when it looks like the camera is shaking.
Usually it's part of the animation, but you might be able to do something like that by changing the position of each frame.

the other thing I think you might mean is when people slow down the speed/cut out enough frames so that you can see each frame...possibly with a couple quick flashes thrown in

depending on what editing program you are using, you may be able to do both, one or none

I use following programs:
Nero Vision
Windows media maker
Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (and Image Ready)

I think you mean Windows movie maker...I think/
if that's the case then you can only do the second one.

there's probably a way to do the first one frame by frame in photoshop (heck...you could probably pull it off in MS Paint)

I use only 1 thing! AE! with some integrated shakey-plug-ins,ofcourse :)
