Is it possable to remove them with Windows Movie Maker? or can you only do that with Adobe?

Virtual Dub would work I believe.

Welcome back! ^_^ Yes, VirtualDub is totally free, but so is <a href="http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net">VirtualDubMod</a>, and it's better.

And don't worry. Virtual Dub Mod won't take up much space on your harddrive at all. It's a good program.

Assuming you use a proper editable codec such as HuffYUV, yes, the files that come out of VirtualDubMod will be usable by Windows Movie Maker.
