Pixel Aspect Ratio General Question

Hi,

I've just wondering whats the deal with Pixel Aspect Ratios. I don't know much about them, I've always used 1.0 but Priemere Pro seems to default to 0.9.

Just wondering if someone can give me a runthrough. Should I start using 0.9, instead of 1.0?

Im just as ignorant as you I have been using .09 for almost al of my videos since i have been editing and i cant really tell the difference though im sure its there.
