alright, there are lots of videos that my friend downloaded on her computer from here. they all worked fine. when i came home I tried downloading them too (the same ones) but it wouldn't work! like for a lot of them, it'll play the audio but not the video. arrgh.

what kind of computer do you have?

It sounds like you don't have the proper video codecs installed to watch the videos.

I think installing ffdshow and xvid is usually good enough for most AMVs. Google for them and find install executables.

Try vlc media player. It plays anything
