problem with psmaply.... can't scan CD's

hi there ...

i have this problem with psmaply ... when ever i want to scan and analyze CD i get this message
"No CD-ROM drive found . Did you carry out Assign CD-ROM?"

what's with this CD Assign thing ... i went to options and then to "Assign CD-ROM Drive " ... then what ... i get this window with lots of letters, three of them are active ( i know these are my CD-Drives ) ...but now what ... sould i type something , there is a drop down menu beside each CD letter , but it is empty .. what should i do

PS: i am working under win XP ...
