Closed Captioning

Hi. I'm old in the site, but this is my first question in the forum, because all my questions has been answered before, but really I search for the solution to my question and I has not found it here or in google or in other place.

(Sorry for my poor english--- I'm chilean).

I record my AMVs to a VCD. Specification VCD 2.0 (Not SVCD). I has seen the specifications and I see that VCD 2.0 allow put closed captioning (subtitles enabled in the TV). I has searched how to put them (I want put the song lyrics... but that's another story), but in all sites I found, the form of put CC is for DVDs or in Live presentations (like MTV's VMA).

How I can to put Closed Caption Subtitles in my AMV?
Someone here know how to do it?

(I search the forum and I hasn't found other question like these)
