Submitting music help (Step 2)

I have a problem when I try to edit my AMV and submit it to the site. For some reason, whenever I try to perform 'step 2: add music', I just pull up a blank page. This is rather annoying because I can't actually submit my video until I add music, but I can't add music because of this bug. I've tried for the past two weeks or so and the results have been the same. (I'm not sure whether this topic belongs here, or the site feedback forum though.)

Can someone help me? I honestly have no idea what to do.
