Well, here's what I see:
First picture: inverted overlayed on original
Second picture: Overlay zoomed in some.
Third picture: overlay zoomed in a lot.
There are ways to set up change over time using keyraming, but I'm not entirely certain how to do them in Premiere.
Try looking in the help files (F1).

If you have Premiere 6 or lower, settings for zooming should be found in each clip's Motion window.-MajinLink- wrote:I know what they mean, but what I don't know is how to use them like in pics I showed up above.
If you have Premiere Pro, in the Effect Controls window, you can keyframe the Scale aspect of the Motion settings for each clip -- for zooming in, you want this to end up at greater than 100%.
