Video error type thing

k it seems windows exploer likes to crash when i move a lot of videos at once.
i looked in the technical details and like most ppl idk anything bout the code =P

but this file was said to be involved witht he problem:

bcd4_appcompat.txt

anyone know what that is? and is there a way to fix this cuase this may be the thing tha tcuased the error with the .ogm files. id have to download some and find out though

not sure if this is the right board, but it has to do with videos since thats the only time it happens when i move videos etc (in mass, or open folder to .ogm files)
