Premiere Pro - Movie export settings for upload

Ok what is the best movie export settings on Premiere to keep it under 100mb, for upload on this site. Also what is the best setting for burning the video onto cd/dvd?

No. Don't try to export a distributable file straight from Premiere.

What you want to do is export a full-resolution, lossless (read: HuffYUV or Lagarith) copy of your video from Premiere, then compress <i>that</i> to something distributable with another program, such as VirtualDub(/Mod) or TMPGEnc.
