Script footage help

Thanks to the help of downwithpants and Scintilla’s i was able to go as far as i am now but a new problem emerged, when i transfer my script to virtualdub and go over my footage there seems to be a ghosting effect every time someone moves. The footage itself is good it’s just that ghosting effect that’s giving me trouble.

Any ideas?

Sorry Scintilla for the long replay, i fixed the problem and it turns out that one little command i inputed fixed the problem and it came out perfect.
