Take out both of the LoadPlugin() lines; since those plugins are both in the default AVISynth plugin directory, they should load automatically.
Make sure the path and filename of the .D2V file you feed MPEG2Source are correct.
And make sure you're saving the script in Notepad.

Ok i figured why there were errors loading the script, i wrote the script in a different location. I was writing it to my documents when it was really in the C drive this whole time. Yeah real dumb of me, anyway i fixed it now but now it’s saying that virtual dub couldn’t locate decompressor for format YV12 (unknown).
vitualdub requires video for windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video. Direct show codecs, such as those used by windows media player, are not suitable.
Does this mean i need a certain codec, and if so where can i get it?

Its funny how this stared with a codec question then it got into scripts; anyway i got the codec and now im able to transfer the script to virtuaildub. i got another problem but im going to make a new post since my original question has been changed to a different one. So thanks guys for your help and hopefully someone can help me with my new post.
