Some Ripping Issues

When I rip audio from my CD's using EAC to make mix CD's, there is sometimes a problem when playing it back on a CD Player, Stereo, or PC. The Audio is skipping like crazy, and constantly cutting out. This only happens once the files are on a CD. When I play the ripped copies they play fine. Does anyone know whats wrong?
