AMV DVD HELP

I've got an editing tool, I know how to get the sound on, and I've got the clips I want to use. All I need help with now is how to get my FLCL DVD into a format I can used in Windows Movie Maker (

Sorry..that's the only one I've got >.<).

I know I sound really stupid, and so I've read around, and it looks like I need a DVD decripter.

Anyone have a good idea as to where and which one I should get/what do they cost?
