Uploading size

I just compressed my video in VitualDubMod (for the first time ever and probaly too late to really make this video pretty) and it's about 37 MB. But it's also only a 1:30 minutes. This is as small as I can get it and still make it good-looking enough that I want to submit it. Any suggestions on making it smaller without comprimising the video quality? I was using Xvid with the target bitrate at 2047. Thanks.

Have you tried <a href="/guides/avtech/avspostqual.html">filtering with AVISynth</a>?

Also, have you tried <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... ">resizing to a lower resolution (also with AVISynth)</a>?
