Pixel Aspect Ratio Problem When Exporting Frames from P. Pro

Currently I'm working on a project that's 720X480 with a aspect ratio of 1.0 (Square Pixels) and I am trying to export a frame with the same settings. My problem is that it converts it to a frame have an aspect a D1/DV NTSC Aspect ratio. Maybe it's because I'm saving it as a .bmp. If so, are there any plugins that would save the frame as a photo shop friendly file.

Any thoughts?

Well, now that I look at the properties of the exported clip, it says that it has a 1.0 aspect ratio but when I throw it on the timeline it has the tale tale sgin of none sqare pixels.

Hm, are you sure? 720:480 with square pixels is a 3:2 aspect ratio, I'd say it's an unusual AR for a video clip. How did you make such clip, and what for?

I thought that 720X480 was 4:3 NTSC (at least for broadcast)
To be honest it was by acciedent that this vid is being edited in square pixels. Since I've already spent enough time organizing my imported footage, I desided to just go with it and maybe after I export it I'll run a script on it and convert back to D1/DV. Or I guess I could import it back into premier and make sure I check the project settings more carfully next time.
