video error question

video error question

the video listed refuses to be recognized on my computer by any application besides a codec reader, even when played in quicktime, videolan, and winamp. Does anyone else have this problem when attempting to play the video, or is it my computer yet again trying to frustrate me? the person's other video's work without error, so i dont know if its a codec i dont have installed. Im running xp with sp2 and have the latest k-lite codec pack, along with quicktime alternative, which has worked fine with any other QT video i have.
