ok then...
So, does this mean that it's always going to be jerky if I play it in my movie maker? Because the audio doesn't match up the the video either... Does your footage come out like that sometimes Scitilla?

When I'm trying to play a full-res HuffYUV file back in my media player, yes, it does almost always skip and/or drop frames.
I'm not sure why the A/V sync would be off though. The only thing I can think of is that it might be something odd about how VDubMod is importing the VOBs... so I'd be forced to recommend the DVD2AVI/DGIndex + AVISynth method of getting the VOB footage into VirtualDub(/Mod); here's the link again:
