Ah, you have your interleave set to 0, mine is set at 1, would this make any difference?

That defines the <i>format</i>. Which in this case is .WAV, which is what you want.

Now go to the "Audio" tab right under "General", and look for a <i>codec</i> setting. Set that to "none" or "uncompressed PCM".
