major help- sync issue

Howdy my first post
in dire need of help, got to do a presentation tmrw,
and have sync probs with premiere 6

i'm in ireland so its pal format 25fps?
i am using dgindex
ripping vobs

then
virtual dub
creating avi's to import to premiere

besweet
make wavs

import to premiere, edit and switch to avs files

got movie done its only its five minutes long,i exported it as avi using huffy compression and turns out to be 5 gigs big and out lip sync is out.

can someone please help?

i'm pretty sure you already asked this question somewhere else...but whatever.

first: huffyuv is a lossless codec, this means the file will be massive, it needs to be compresed with something else (i.e. VDubMod and DivX/XviD)

second: if your audio is out of sync is the sample rate of your export the same as the your original? if not that could pose a problem with sync and stuff.
