this probably isn't anew problem, but i can't be bothered to search throught 10 pages of posts.
The question is, how can i convert the sample rate from 44,100 to 48,000 without any change in speed/quality/whatever?
any answers?
audio sample rate conversion help?

There's always going to be some quality loss when resampling, unless the new rate is an even multiple of the old one.
That said:
- SoundForge can do it
- VirtualDub(/Mod) can do it
- BeSweet can do it
- AVISynth can do it
- Adobe Premiere can do it
- Adobe Audition can do it
- etc.
I'd probably feel best using a dedicated audio editing/conversion program like BeSweet or Audition, but I haven't had any problems with AVISynth's resampler either.
