Ya know, that woulda ctualy be a prety cool effect if you could just add it as a filter then configure and keyframe it.

i had an effect that i could do that with, i used it in my Alone I Break video... and about the video, just cut the frame out, or if you dont want to cut frames, import it into photoshop and fix it!
