File resizing.

I made an AMV around a year back for a contest I never remembered to send my video away to(lol), but I lost the original files on AP6.5 and onyl have the 350meg verson left, whats a good way to reformat it down to a smaller size?

convert it to divx at a bitrate of 1.5mbps or something. dr divx is the lazy man's program that i love
