Remove pulldown in PS2 footage

Hey
I recently recorded some PS2 footage on DV through S-video. I was wondering if there was a free* plugin for premiere or after effects which could deinterlace it, or if someone has the right avisynth script (thougth there are a hundred clips so that would be a pain)

It's in NTSC/ 29.97? fps, but the interlacing is like

A-B-C-D > Ab Bc Cd De etc.

I don't know how to deinterlace it, its like a 2:2 pulldown but with NTSC ish??? :S lol if anyone has any help that would be great
