Layering video
Ok, I was wondering, does anyone know how to layer a video over the other, like in Sonic X's MI-RA-I outro? I don't know how to do that, if someone could at least tell me what filter in Premiere to use, I can figure it out from there. Thanks in advance.

I've never seen Sonic X, but:
Put the clip you want on the bottom in one track.
Put the clip you want on the top in a track that's above the track you put the other clip in.
Apply Motion and/or Transparency/Keying settings to the clip on top in order to get the other clip to show through the way you want it to. If you're using Pro, the Garbage Matte is also very useful for this sort of thing (and if you're using 6.5 or lower, they don't call it that; it's just included in the Transparency dialog box).

I tried it out and played around in Premiere a bit, and I got what I was going for. ThanksScintilla wrote:I've never seen Sonic X, but:
