How do you add a counter?

Hey what is up been awhile since I've had to come here

. Well any ways I am working on a vid (obvious). And I want to add a counter that keeps going up when I say, (Start at 0 and go till whenever) It would go in the bottom corner. Any ways I use premiere and or After effects (prefer premiere) Any help would be Great

In After Effects, you can use Effect>Text>Numbers.
To do something like this in premiere, you have to make images of numbers 0-9, then animate them manually.

Can't you just add a line in your avisynth script?
