Direct frameserving from an NLE

In other words, you can go straight from premiere to vdub, tmpg, helix, whatever. While you usually would want to create a master in-between, this could probably be useful for.. something..

Hmmm. Well, if you're editing from the avs files, would that mean you could eliminate a colorspace transform by not having to output to HuffYUV or the likes and go straight from the avs-frameserved .vobs to the final encode?

Unlikely, for lots of reasons bu mainly because most editing programs will do processing in RGB colourspace anyway, so you might as well stick with RGB until you are nearing the final encoding process.
