anyone care to explain why nandub crashes EVER SINGLE TIME I open up an ogg audio file? I'm trying to use the OGG audio rather than MP3 since it is so muhc better but every time I open the audio up in nandub It INSTANTLY crashes.

because, you can't use ogg audio in nandub. Ignore the vorbis support, it dosent exist. You're forgetting. Forgetting...

damnit, no vorbis support. I like the way they have the words vorbis/ogg right there to lead you to believe it exists. Well I guess I'll have to use something else.

it exists, it just dosent work at all. Vorbis can't be hacked into working right in an avi like vbr mp3 can (and that's very shady itself). vfw just wasn't meant to hold vbr audio.

yeah, oggmux muxes it into an ogg/ogm file (they're one in the same) which can be played back on windows as long as you have the ogg directshow filter installed. Ogg is a totally different format from avi which contains alot of neato features such as lower muxxing overhead, vbr audio support, more than one b-frame in a row, and thanks to tobias' directshow filters overlayed subtitles as well as chapter points stored within the container.
