Compressing Small Videos as Far as they Can go

what settings in EO video? ... do you want this to be a flash file or a video file? I was under the impression that it had to be a flash file, but if it can be any video file, you can get it down to 480k using rv9 (128kbps) I wouldnt advise anything else for such a low bitrate though..

well yes its going to be flash, but.. I still need to import the video
