premiere sound = screwy?

It happened to me once.... it is happens because of the audio codecs... I noe i dont sound rite. I once imported this mp3 file which worked perfect on my other Mp3 player progs but screwed up in Premiere. Try to get a new file o reencode it. I made mine to wav and then imported into premiere. Worked perfect!

I usually just work with the file in premiere(pops and hisses and all), then when I go and export the file I export the video only, and mux my original audio sample to the video. That way it doesn't need to go through any goofy filtering/encoding. That should work just fine. =)
