At this point I don't feel like I have anything to add to all the tributes he's gotten, except he was a great musician that I took for granted for way too long. Is "Let's Dance" a boring/safe choice for favorite Bowie song? Because that's always been my favorite.

The "Starman" musical montage scene was the worst part of The Martian and if that wasn't enough, we then we got this exploitative disaster, neither of which change the song but don't leave me wanting to hear it again any time soon.

yeah when I heard Mott The Hooples version the writing style screamed bowie, turns out he wrote it for them lol
