...but often a video that doesn't make pro can be shown in the overflow / during the con at AWA... does this count? No, that does not, since overflow playlists often aren't published and therefore are difficult for us to track. Full disclosure though, in this rare case we did manage to obtain the A...

The editors who brought this to my attention weren't upset or being onry about it or anything, rather it was more along the lines of just wanting some clarity since they themselves had AWA videos that were not eligible to participate in AX.
