For the quality, I had to compress the video to wmv and I couldn't recover the original lossless file. (It is much better though).
That is actually an older amv so I have gotten better. (If you would like a different beta I could make one)

I would like to take track 4.
Oh and I'll use the song Chop Suey by System of a Down.

yea that helps but i was wondering if there are any effects that can be used for a good beat sync

i'm doing an FF7: AC amv in Vegas. Im pretty new to it because i usually use premiere. If anyone can give me help as how to put effects in mainly that would be great.
