At the risk of sounding incredibly obvious.Have you tried re-ripping/ creating .d2v/ writing the script?Or all of the above?When you watch the dvd on your computer through a software dvd player are those lines there?Do you need to update the mpeg2dec plugin for avisynth?also something seems strange ...

If you don't like the rules there are plenty of other forums on the internet.
