Woot! Success! Uh, sorta....now my media player says it's missing codecs to play the darn thing. After I open it in vdub and do all the filering and compressing. Vegas rendered it properly though.

The first time I rendered my file it only rendered about three fourths of it. After I changed the codec I was rendering in, it decided to just render audio but not video. What am I doing wrong. I rendered in Huffyuv the first time, logarith the second.

Here's my first ever Vegas project! I'm so excited! It's nothing fancy since I'm still learning all the nifty effects, but it's not too bad. It's a FF7: Advent Children to the song Far Away by Nickelback.

Ok...just so I can be clear (I'm a little slow about this stuff, sorry :oops: ) I can use the huffyuv, it looks really good, but...I can't upload it to the org because of its size. But, if I compress with xvid, the size will be smaller, and therefore uploadable, but...since I use WMM, it may not wor...

I understood the distribution part. And, I did use huffyuv.

But, I thought using xvid was no good for WMM? Won't that cause a lot of "crashes"?

Ok, the video is compressed with huffyuv, de-interlaced. (The audio's a bit tweaky, but that's for another time). But....the file is HUGE! It's 551mb! How did that happen?
