Strange as it may seem, my files DID play better when I had Postprocessing enabled. I just can't remember what I changed in that panel...

To elaborate a little on this, you stick the pencil board behind a page in a notebook before writing on that page. That way you wont get a bunch of dents in the paper when you flip the page.

Right, I did hit [enter] to make the preview. Then afterwards, I tried playing back the preview with both the play-button and the scrolling, and got different synch rates (scrolling seems to be a little slower, slightly more jerky). But yeah, I'll just assume from your responses that the play-button...

In Premiere, I've noticed that previewing the timeline by clicking "Play" on the monitor versus just scrolling through the timeline by holding down the [-->] key will give you different audio/video synchronizations in the preview. Which one is more accurate upon export? Also, is there a way to place...

What the heck is an Obsidian Butterfly? I've seen it used in a bunch of places (I think the words even showed up in RahXephon) but I can't seem to find any info about it. Which bugs me, 'cause it has that strange, mysterious-sounding quality to it...
